Alaisa Corp is a Miami-based company focused on U.S.-made dairy foods, brand development, and export-market execution.

The company grew from the South Florida opportunity for shelf-stable dairy products serving Hispanic, Caribbean, and international consumers.

Alaisa Corp was registered in Florida in 2021 and developed Prairie Queen® as its flagship U.S. milk powder brand.

The current program combines a registered consumer trademark, a Miami packing alliance, and a disciplined export path for Saudi Arabia, the GCC, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
